A focused Pipedrive implementation runs 2 to 6 weeks. A full HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub rollout with data migration typically takes 6 to 12 weeks. We work in sprints so you see progress every two weeks instead of waiting months.
What does a CRM implementation cost?
Our Pipedrive implementations start at 4,500 EUR for a focused setup and 9,500 EUR for a full RevOps blueprint with migration and training. HubSpot implementations start at 7,500 EUR. License costs come on top and depend on your team size and tier.
Can you migrate from our current CRM?
Yes. We migrate from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel and homegrown systems. Standard scope: contacts, companies, deals, activities, notes and custom fields. We deduplicate and validate before import.
Do you also train our team?
Yes. Role based training for reps, managers and admins. Hands on in your own CRM, not a generic webinar. We also leave behind playbooks and short video walkthroughs so new hires onboard themselves.
What happens after go live?
We run a monthly RevOps review on funnel health, data quality, adoption and automation backlog. You decide if you want it for three months, six months or ongoing. No lock in.
